They may be clipping the longer strap to the clip of the quick strap.

I only have 2 JJB "bags" which are mightys.

I use them for anything and everything. I use my Coach or Kipling as my purse, coach is a tote and kipling is a cross body so they serve different purposes.

This made me laugh so hard my DH asked what was so funny! :lol: :lol: :lol: Before kids I was super organized and oh-so Martha Stewart-ish. Now I don't even bother! My house is "clean", as in not dirty. But the homeschooling books and supplies seem to multiple daily, and I can sure relate...

The tote straps on the be have are not removable. When you put the messenger strap on they just hang (I am not a fan of that look either).

I have had a SW Mighty for 2 years and live in AZ no fading. I used it exclusively for 5 months last year in the summer too.

IDK how much everything weighed but I have used mine for a binder, my planner, my computer (macbook) and a textbook w/out any issues. Oh, and my TI84.

I have a rubbermaid bin. It has cheapy pull ups that I got on a bind one day on the road for M, they do the trick for an emergency. A change of clothes and wipes. I need to add some snacks in there when it cools off again.

I use them for anything. Shopping bag, especially at the mall. So either I don't waste a stores bag or I put all of my store bags into a Mighty (or two :wink: ) Pool Bag Grandma/Papa's house bag Post office run bag Study bag, can easily fit my binder and books with my laptop.
