Knock your socks off Guac!
One of our fall time favs is Gaucamole!!! Football season, birthday parties, it's good anytime!
1 bunch cilantro (chopped - only the leaves)
1/2 cup red onion (chopped)
2 roma tomatoes (chopped)
1 cup shredded cheese (monterey jack, cheddar or colby)
2-3 serrano peppers (finely diced)
Garlic powder, salt
Remove the avacado from the peel (save 3 of the pits) and mush in a bowl with a couple dashes of garlic powder and a dash of salt. Add tomato, red onion, peppers and mix. Once mixed add in the cheese and cilantro - mix again. Squeeze the lime over and add the pits back in. Serve with tortilla chips - YUMMY!
