Get a double jogging stroller and jog with both babies!!
My husband decided about 7 months ago he was going to be more proactive about fitness and weight loss. He joined a CrossFit gym and started going every evening. He now is in such better shape, it's amazing! He just completed a half marathon last weekend and it looking forward to a full!
My mom, who has never been a runner in her life!!!, decided she was going to do that same half marathon with my husband. She joined a running group 3 months ago and last weekend, she completed the half marathon as well! She is doing a full in January! I'm so proud of both of them.
While I have never been into sports, they've inspired me to stay fit and healthy in 2011. I have a two year old and four month old. How great would that be to jog with them? My goal is to do a 5k with my little ones by the end of 2011.
